Using the same version of Collabora Online in two different Nextcloud Servers. The issue happens in latest Nextcloud:

Open a document in Collabora Online running with richdocuments 12.0.0-beta.

I noticed it doesn't do this with the Nextcloud theming applied, but with the default Collabora style it does.

I can confirm that this is not happening with Nextcloud Theming applied. The initial test was done with the same COOL server (and Collabora theme version) and different Nextcloud instances and richdocuments versions.

So mostly likely a recent change on Richdocuments side triggered this. Even if there is another cause on the Collabora theme.
