RSS Dashboard Widgets

Will require #195 vue re-write afaik. This is a humble request for adding a News widget to the new Dashboard. Adding RSS Dashboard widgets, even multiple of them, could accomplish more than just showing "News" however:

Activity app and Bookmarks app already can be shared as RSS feeds. Not only would a News widget be useful... it could be used multiple times to cover these other apps + external services as well, including Reddit's native support for user notifications via rss. Thanks for considering.

This integration would also benefit from basic authentication hardening for the Activity app RSS Feed.
Include server name in RSS activity Feed, if widgets were available for multiple instances of Nextcloud.
Shared activity RSS feed could also serve as an interesting rss widget.

I don’t know about the additional functionality mentioned in the description but would love to see the new/unread news on the new dashboard.

It seems as if this Dashboard widget is already implemented according to this Nextcloud repo issue. @jancborchardt is that correct?

Bump, keen on a dashboard widget for the news app, if I was proficient with php/coding I would attempt this myself, unfortunately networking is my main focus.
