Feature Request: Bookmark app integration

Explain the Problem

I liked the ability to pin interesting news, but feel it will be much more valuable if I was able to automatically bookmark a news and found it later if the nextcloud bookmark app. This gives me the option to tag it and centralized all my links of interests.

@marcelklehr would be a good resource as he maintains the Bookmarks app.

The best API to use for this is probably the Bookmarks APIController and the Tags Controller, as they are tied to the guarantees made for the REST API. Alternatively, you could use the internal bookmarks management class.

Or make it the other way, if #306 would be supported than it would be great if I can add articles maybe from the bookmark-section or from any other source.

I just wanted to contribute, that I use the exported rss feed from the bookmark app in my news app as a read-later-feed. That works quite well. (Of course it will work even better once we have full text scraping again.)
