It's in the sidebar of the webapp > Settings > Help > Keyboard shortcuts |

Oh right! There was a double scroll bar which I didn't see, so I had totally missed that there was something below the checkmark options. Thanks a lot! |

The settings are back, and I opened an issue for the tabbing problem #2882 |

It's actually so bad, I can't even tab to main content even if I wanted to (see upper right corner error). |
