AccountSettings hide sieve, filters, etc with invalid password

Steps to reproduce

1. Have sieve enasbled
2. Change the password for an account (imap or db) to trigger the error state
3. See the warning in the navigation, click change password
4. Observe the out-of-office, mail filter, active sieve script request

Expected behavior

Dont do xhr requests
Hide the section

Actual behavior

Xhr requests that fail because invalid password
