Unify passcode/phrase/word UI strings for E2EE related wording

https://app.transifex.com/nextcloud/nextcloud/translate/#de_DE/ios/623956227 raised an issue of similar terms being used for different things but inconsistent between our clients and their E2EE UI:

1. password - the users password / part of the credentials
2. passcode - the "pin" for unlocking the app in case this feature has been activated
3. passphrase used here or mnemophrase/mnemonic - the e2ee "secret"

To improve translations, provide clarity to translators and consistency to our users we should unify the terms for all clients. @jancborchardt @tobiasKaminsky @Rello @sorbaugh

For the records:
Word "mnemophrase" is not used in any string.

There are many more apps using listed words.

My aim is for us to have a definition of the terms in the Nextcloud project for the translators, and for the developers to then adapt the source strings.

  • iOS: passcode
  • Android: support natively password (alphanumeric) or pin (number only)
    --> not syncable across devices
• passphrase used here or mnemophrase/mnemonic - the e2ee "secret"
  --> passphrase

We think that e.g. mnemonic is too technically. With context of the screen above suggestions are better to understand.
However we can also be more verbose on it and can call it e.g. "encryption passphrase".

• passphrase for E2E (or be more verbose if dialog allows it and call it encryption passphrase)

But this is a suggestion from our call yesterday.
