[feat]: ability to set ignore path for the indexer

I'd like to have the ability to set ignore path for the indexer.

Maybe something similar to what's already proposed for fulltextesearch? files_exclude --value='[...]
Or dropping a .noindex file somewhere maybe?

Describe alternatives you've considered

I haven't found one, but am keen on knowing if there's already support for this.

thanks for the proposal. It does make sense to have that in the long run.
transferring this issue to the context_chat repo since changes would be required there mostly.

I'd recommend also ignoring some Email folders. Junk or Spam folders can probably safely be ignored, otherwise you probably need some Config screen for the user to add additional folders they may not want indexed.

@ckraushaar Nice idea, although it should be discussed in the mail app's repo as the selection of emails to be indexed in done on that side.
