Disable or enable notifications on a per calendar basis

Currently, calendar notifications are all or nothing, either enabled or disabled.

Allow separate notification settings for each calendar so users can decide if and what type of notification they want to receive.

This might be difficult to fit into the Personal Settings Section, so a separate setting on the Calendar itself might be the better choice.

I would like to work on this issue. Since event reminders (email/push) are handled by the server's background jobs, we need a combined backend (nextcloud/server) and frontend (nextcloud/calendar) implementation.

Here is my proposed technical approach before I start:

1. Backend Changes (nextcloud/server - apps/dav)

• Introduce a new WebDAV property {http://nextcloud.com/ns}ignore-reminders (boolean).
• To support individual muting for shared calendars (so sharees can mute a calendar without muting it for the owner/others), we need to store this state:
  • On the calendars table for the calendar owner.
  • On the dav_shares table for sharees.
• Update OCA\DAV\CalDavBackend::updateCalendar and rowToCalendar to handle read/write operations for {http://nextcloud.com/ns}ignore-reminders by checking whether the requesting user is the owner or a sharee.
• Update OCA\DAV\CalDAV\Reminder\ReminderService::processReminders to check this property and skip sending notifications to users who have muted the calendar.

2. Frontend Changes (nextcloud/calendar)

• Read the {http://nextcloud.com/ns}ignore-reminders property when fetching the calendar list.
• Add a "Mute notifications" toggle inside the calendar edit modal (EditCalendarModal.vue) or the calendar action menu (CalendarItem.vue).
• Trigger a WebDAV PROPPATCH request for {http://nextcloud.com/ns}ignore-reminders when toggled.
• Display a muted indicator (e.g. a slashed bell icon) next to muted calendars in the sidebar.

@miaulalala, @joshtrichards, Let me know if this architecture makes sense or if there are any risks or preferred alternatives (like using client-side reminders only, though that wouldn't cover server email/push notifications).
