For the ML700: only the communication ( command in loop like in some issue).

my GL2000 have a specific firmware for hydropool brand all seem ok

If you are seeing issues with commands being repeated, then the code that is looking for the change in status as it's way to know that the message was received ok. Check the full FA message to see if there is any change between before the first command sent and any later. Alternatively, you might not need the retry at all and it's ok to dequeue after the first send
