Connection problems after network changing since v0.3.1

I think this started with version 0.3.1 when the network connection is switching from mobile to wlan or vice versa the connection get stuck (shows as connected) and only works again after disconnecting and connecting manually, this was working before.
As I use it mainly with Home Assistant which I use alot when coming home or leaving home which also means lot of network changing, this is quite annoying.

When I started to use netbird I had a Google Pixel and had exact the same problem which was later solved.

Using the selfhosted version.

I've been experiencing this one as well. I've generated a log bundle around the behavior (I hope)

I've also been having a mess around iwth a local build and connStatus in PacketTunnelProvider - Particularly the NWPath Monitor (which I assumed probably naively related to https://developer.apple.com/documentation/network/nwpath/status-swift.enum and has a few people on developer forums complaining of its... subpar performance :P )

I have a local build that implemented a watchdog to check peer connectivity and if unreachable perform a restartClient() (roughly about 40s which in my device testing was fast enough that I didn't notice it)

This seems, probably not the best handling of the problem, but at least in my use case it does "fix" the problem of blackholed connections.

In my attempt to follow contribution guidelines - I'm happy to chase another path if desirable to attempt to fix this issue?
