Top margin on second page too small on Chrome mobile

After #91 was fixed, I tested it on Chrome mobile. For me the second page had a wrong top margin. The crop marks were shifted already to the first page (at least half of it). This was when I used the Print to PDF option.

Tested also in Firefox Windows and no shift happened there.

I left this padding for the credits section. Hope to add this sometime :)

But you can increase the padding manually via "Page margins" setting
