bug: cannot save contact person role on NGO/agent profile

Problem

On the Einrichtungs-/Projektprofil (NGO/agent) page, in the Kontaktdaten (contact person) section, the contact person's role cannot be saved — the field doesn't persist the selected/entered value.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an NGO/agent profile (e.g. Club Dialog e.V.)
2. Go to the Kontaktdaten section
3. Set/change the contact person's role
4. Save
5. Role reverts / doesn't persist

Note: this may be related to / share a root cause with the 500 error described in the "cannot save info" issue on the same section.

Let me work on this one.
I got it working end-to-end on a local spike using Docker since the API is down, but I want to dig deeper into the cleanest way to fix it.
