Adding a mentor adds them as a site-wide manager!

This is a pretty serious bug. When you create a mentor, they are automatically created (site wide) as a manager! I only realised this because I happened to check. When you change these settings in "configuration" to anything other than manager, the students don't show up in the mentor's block.
