Is this a mistake? The library file is called notificaton_form.php (not the absence of the second 'i'). Shouldn't this be notification_form.php? The file is required with the incorrect spelling in notification.php, notification_list.php and notification_rules.php.
Shall I submit a patch for this or is there some justifiable reason for the spelling error?
