Problem with propose button on export tab

Describe the bug
Issues with the "Propose" button on the export tab:

1. When the user does not have permission to propose on the DAO, the button displays a message saying the DAO does not have a multicall instance.
2. The button is greyed out when using multicall with attached FT deposits and a float token amount.
