New MSP432 core to use updated dslite tool

Just an FYI - I created version 5.30.0 off your MSP432 version 5.29.5 core.

The only change I made was to update platform.txt to point to dslite version 12.8.0.3522 instead of the old 9.3.0.1863 version.

The old version of dslite no longer works with newer Linux distros because of its dependency on Python 2, so I created a new dslite tool package based on the latest UniFlash version. Unfortunately, that also meant that I had to update each of the board packages, too.

Feel free to copy it from my repo.
