Benji's Mashed Potatoes

This recipe does not take too long and is pretty good.

Ingredients

• 4 Large Russet potatoes
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Peel 3 of the 4 potatoes and slice the potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the potatoes to the water and boil for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
3. Drain the water out of the pot but and leave the potatoes covered in the pot for 10 minutes.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and add the milk and cream as you go.
5. Add salt to taste.
