Dashboards at a Glance

Dashboard Purpose Key Actions
Hub Home page / overview View sync status, quick actions
Locations Site management Search, filter by region
Projects Project tracking View status, linked tickets
Tickets Work orders Filter by status, priority
Tasks Task management Track assignments, due dates
Assets Inventory Search catalog, check stock
Warehouse Logistics Monitor levels, transfers
Site Surveys Assessments Track survey status

Common Actions

Search Records

  1. Go to any dashboard
  2. Use the search field
  3. Enter keywords
  4. Press Enter

Filter Data

  1. Click Filter icon
  2. Select criteria
  3. Click Apply
  4. Click Clear to reset

Export Data

  1. Apply filters (optional)
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format
  4. Download file

Manual Sync

  1. Go to KWikSync Hub
  2. Click Sync Now
  3. Monitor in Sync Log

User Roles

Role Can Do
x_kwr_kwiksync.user View/edit data, use dashboards
x_kwr_kwiksync.admin All above + configure settings

Keyboard Shortcuts

Ctrl + F Search current page
F5 Refresh dashboard
Esc Close modal/dialog

Troubleshooting Quick Fixes

Problem Try This
Dashboard won't load Clear browser cache, refresh
Access denied Check role assignment
Data not syncing Verify Customer Key in Settings
Slow performance Apply filters, reduce results
