Compatibility for OpenStage 60

Hi there,

thanks a lot for this nice little Application.

It works perfectly for my OpenStage 40.

But in addition to my OpenStage 40, I got an Openstage 60 aswell.

Sadly Bitmaps do not work here.

The OpenStage 60 does support Logos as a PNG or JPG, so my question is:
Can this be added to the CowPhone application?

What file types are supported?

OpenStage 40 phones support BMP format (monochrome).
OpenStage 60/80 phones support [PNG](https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/PNG) and [JPG](https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/JPEG) format, but PNG is the preferred file type because of the transparency feature.
A logo file has to be resized to 144 x 32 pixel ([OpenStage 40](https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/OpenStage_40)), 240 x 71 pixel ([OpenStage 60](https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/OpenStage_60)) or 480 x 142 pixel ([OpenStage 80](https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/OpenStage_80))

Hi Daniel,

thank you very much for your request! Wouldn't have thought anyone was actually using this little fun tool.

Generating png/jpeg images instead of bitmaps shouldn't be a big deal at all. I will soon try to add this functionality and a config flag to switch between both in order to support OpenStage 60 phones as well.

Since I don't have got such device, it would be nice if you could support testing this. I'll first implement a plain proof of concept. If this will work on your os60, we can then make it look a little more nice and integrate this feature properly.

I'm looking forward seeing if this will work! Please give me some time as I have to spend my free time on that.

but for me it would be nice if I can serve both phone types at the same time :)

Hi Daniel,

after fiddling around with many outdated and incompatible packages, I finally found an underlying library for image generation with supports both phone types and made this work! 🙂

I pushed a Docker image for testing to nbe95/cowphone:test-os60. Please give it a try and report if it works on your phone.
If it does, I will finalize this feature and include a config option (maybe a config.yaml?) to serve both/multiple devices at the same time from one single cowphone container.

PS: I was told that the os60 has a light and a dark display mode. Toggle the env var OS60_COLOR_MODE to "white" or "black" to generate images that suit your needs best.

sorry for the late answer.

I did not get it to work on my phone.

Cowphone sets the correct IP and login data in the phone, but no filename. I guess this might be the problem.

I found out that the path is /app/barn/ where the file gets created but i cannot see it in the FTP Server itself
