Time insights feature does not accurately reflect categories

To replicate: Have a transaction list with entries from different years. Use the "stats s/time_insights y/YEAR" where year can be any year

Expected: Categories reflects the savings only in the given year.

Actual: Categories reflects the savings from the entire list, not for the given time period
