UG Quick Start guide has typos and is incomplete

Without a proper quick start guide, users will be confused. The link also does not lead directly to the releases page on github, which can be confusing for non-github users to find.

Reason for disagreement: The team does not address the incomplete Quick Start section. As the section that almost all users will refer to first when using the app for the first time, this section is very important for the user to get set up properly before moving on to learning the commands in the following sections. Hence with an incomplete Quick Start, users are massively inconvenience and may not even get to set up the app properly, potentially even being unable to use the app at all.
