Support building AppleVirtualization machines

Description

The plugin needs to be support building VMs using apple backend

Use Case(s)

• Building MacOS VMs
• Building Linux VMs for nested virtualization (available for M3+ using AppleVirtualization)

Potential configuration

vm_backend = "apple"

• ISO builder already has option to select backend, so test out building one VM. CAUTION: No VNC means difficult to send commands to machine
• Add this option to cloud builder, since that might be easier to automate OS installation without needing to send commands.
