Background Compilation

Running "typeset" currently blocks the main thread, this should happen in the background. This is especially inconvenient for larger documents.

This is something that has bothered me also and I have looked into fixing, but is probably a limitation of BBEdit.

If anyone has any ideas, I will try again.
