I am using the sparsePKL code and trying to run experiments on the Merget dataset. However,the required data files are missing from my local repository. Specifically,I am looking for the following three files which are referenced in data.py:
Merget_DTIs_2967com_226kin.txt.
Kd_Tanimoto-shortestpath.txt.
Kp_GS-ATP_L5_Sp4.0_Sc4.0.txt
Could you please provide the source or download link for these datasets?I
understand they were originally introduced by Merget et al.(2017)and later updated by Cichonska et al.(2018).Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
