What happened?

I encountered a bug while implementing the chip And16
Do we have an implementation of nand16 ? It's strange because the tests passed, but there was no implementation of this chip.

It's weird that this passes or even runs. No there shouldn't be a builtin Nand16. To implement And16 you just have to set up 16 And gates and pass each bit from the input to it, ie And(a=a[0], b=b[0], out=out[0]); etc.
