Audit a public WAM that exposes action-conditioned candidate futures

Research question

Which public model can accept the same observation plus each proposed candidate action and return one future per candidate?

The released StarWAM adapter emits action chunks. That capability is useful, but it does not satisfy candidate-conditioned future evaluation.

Acceptance criteria

• Audit at least three public candidates for code and checkpoint licenses, pinned revisions, input/output semantics, and compute.
• Show where the candidate action enters the inference path.
• Confirm that one shared context can branch into multiple action-conditioned futures.
• Map direct capabilities to WAMProbe metrics and list unsupported metrics.
• Select at most one first integration target with a one-context smoke budget.
• Record preprocessing, action normalization, seed behavior, and checkpoint hashes.
• Open an Adapter proposal before downloading or integrating a large checkpoint.

Non-goal

Do not relabel action prediction, feature conditioning, or unconditional video generation as candidate-conditioned future prediction.
