Prepare Zenodo DOI metadata for the stable v0.1.0 release

Status

Ready for a future maintainer account action. Stable v0.1.0 is published and the release
artifacts are immutable. Independent external reproduction is not a project release gate,
and Issue #2 transparently records the maintainer acceptance used for v0.1.0.

Do not mint a DOI until the maintainer is ready to connect or use a Zenodo account and
review the public metadata.

Acceptance criteria

• Confirm the immutable v0.1.0 tag and GitHub release artifacts exist.
• Draft Zenodo title, creators, description, keywords, license, related identifiers, and version metadata.
• Align CITATION.cff, README citation text, release notes, and Zenodo metadata.
• Archive the exact stable release and record the DOI in project metadata.
• Verify DOI links and citation rendering from a clean checkout.
