• na ticket start button mi izkara ticket update failed no vupreki tova mu promeni statusa i gray outna butona. freeze mi pokaza sushtata tabelka no vupreki tova go izpulni and the logs r there to proove it. finish ticket sushto. collect sushto i vupreki tova napravi invoice-a samo pokazva che e failed no raboti
• ticket tag does not show brand on field brand & model
• ticket does not save brand id thats why it doesnt show in emails or tags. ne i on creation posle pri update si q saveva - ponqkoga go saveva on creation?????? - saveva go on creation. trie go pri nqkoi ot butonite. ili start ili finish ticket. will need to investigate further. moje i da e otdropdown status update-a

1: It was indeed a Email issue. The credentials were wrong and gmail did not send the email. I added a catch to display it as an error in the backend and return a success message to the FE, since the operation is actually passing. The backend error is shown below:

2 & 3: I added if statements to com.nakamas.hatfieldbackend.services.TicketService#setOptionalProperties, and now it is checking if the incoming view from the frontend's values are null. If they are indeed null, no value change will be present in the ticket and the brand and location will not be missing.
To nullify the values it should still be possible to do so using empty string "" or blank one like " " which would be added to the DB as an empty value.
