For several of my MassIVE datasets, ReDU only detects a few of the files. For example, for MSV000084016, the validator gives the metadata file a pass, but only lists 4 massive_files_founds, from a total of 131 rows (131 samples in dataset). I have gone back to my dataset on MassIVE, and can successfully find more than 4 files using the filenames I list in my ReDU metadata, so this is not due to typos in the file name. Any idea what's causing this? We use ReDU a lot in the lab, so I definitely want to contribute back!
