[Refactor/Chore] - Rework CI/CD pipeline, benchmarks, valgrind, checks, etc.

Right now things are slow, flakey, and generally are a bit iffy at times. Things that come to mind:

• terribly slow
• Valgrind Memory Checks pie graph should be green and red colored, not like black and purple?
• Greptile's information is seemingly out-of-date
• the graphs and tables are nice to have, but generally not super helpful at finding anything out of the ordinary (doesnt catch your eye)
• missing flamegraph that I wanted
• snapshot tests can be flaky at times
• benchmarks take soooo long

these are just some things on the top of my mind, im sure there are more.

I have applied for the OSS program at https://www.blacksmith.sh/, so we will see if that can help! Marking as blocked until we have an answer fromm them, as if we are gonna use them, we will need a rework anyways.
