chore: remove deprecated JS-version of `Musicbrainz DiscIds Detector`

• the script has been rewritten in TypeScript in refactor(mb_discids_detector): migrate to TypeScript #968, we need to give some time for people to auto-upgrade and then we can decomission the old JS code.
• TODO: delete the JS code file after 5 October 2026
