MusicBrainz: Batch-add "performance of" relationships adds duplicate relationships

If a recording is already linked to a work, the userscript should not add a duplicate relationship (with different attributes).

I don't know how this script works but it should either:

• Do nothing (preferred)
• Change attributes of existing relationship

I am fixing too many duplicate relationships added by this script in my collection... 😭
