Abbreviated names for time zones are not complete

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the configure time zoner ring
2. Choose to announce abbreviated time zones

Actual behavior: when navigating the ring, for many time zones the abbreviation is not in place (i.e. MNT for myanmar time etc.).
Expected behavior: the list of abbreviations should be complete.
