Feature request: Option to subsample?

Hi @m-albert ,

I was wondering whether it would be interesting to add a feature to subsample images on fusing/registering? Especially for big images it could be helpful to run the workflow(s) on subsampled data in a coarse fashion first before hitting the Fuse button on a potentially very large image.

It could be as simple as introducing subsample factors of [::factor] in the data retrieval 🤔?

Anyway, let me know what you think. It could also be argued that this should be done to the data before dropping it into the stitching, so I think it's legit to not want to introduce it here 👍

Hey @jo-mueller! For registration there's already a binning option in the advanced tab. Does that go along the lines of what you were thinking? For fusion currently the fused image by default will have the same pixel spacing as the first input tile. Currently that's possible when using multiview_stitcher.fusion.fuse(..., output_spacing={'y': 0.5...) but I agree it could also be useful for the napari plugin. Currently I'm with not too much time but would be happy to review if you'd like to implement and additional GUI option (for e.g. indicating x and y fusion binning).

If the option is already in the code then adding the UI element shouldn't be too hard :) OR The option in the UI could simply be renamed so that the set binning would apply to both the registration and the fusion, maybe that's clearer?

Oh just saw this somehow. I left some comments on your PR. I think that it'd be good to keep the reg and fusion binnings separated.
