GH actions are now mostly free for part-time open source development projects (depending on the usage).
Switch Circle CI to GH actions.
Make sure the phases/jobs are similar.
Remove every circleci related - check readme, .circleci, package.json
Feel free to remove any readme CI/CD badges - no need to replace them as GH will display status icon nowadays somewhere on the main repo page.
