[Playing as white] Fix promotion menu related bugs

When playing as white:

• promotion menu is not aligned horizontally
• the whole board shrinks horizontally a bit when promotion menu appears
• each tile in promotion menu is slightly larger than a board tile - both tiles should have exactly the same dimensions
