Virtual Stylus Broken with 0.4.0

Just updated from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0 and now the virtual stylus button, TAB, instead seems to be a fast-forward/FPS boost function, like you get on some emulators, instead of it activating the virtual stylus.

I traced this regression to the framework update used by v0.4.0-alpha.

The relevant ndsrecomp change added a global hold-Tab turbo shortcut before the MPH Prime Controls key handler. Since Tab is also the default Virtual Stylus binding, the turbo handler consumes both the Tab keydown and keyup before the virtual-stylus binding can see them.

That exactly matches the reported v0.4 behavior: Tab activates fast-forward instead of the virtual stylus.

There is already an open ndsrecomp fix for this:
mstan/ndsrecomp#6

That change gives configured Prime Controls bindings precedence over the generic Tab turbo shortcut, while preserving Tab turbo when Prime Controls do not consume the key. It also adds a visible virtual-stylus crosshair, which addresses the separate cursor-feedback problem reported in #12.

v0.4.2-alpha is live now and should directly address this regression:

The public Tab turbo shortcut is now disabled by default, so Tab should go back to the MPH virtual-stylus binding instead of fast-forwarding the game.

Could you try v0.4.2-alpha from a fresh extract and let me know whether Tab now activates the virtual stylus correctly?

Just tried 0.4.3 alpha and the visual stylus is now working correctly. No turbo speed-up, and a little cross appears to show where the stylus will click. :)
