Moves Recycle Bin.lnk to recycle bin

I am trying to make a rule to remove all the shortcuts on my desktop to the recycle bin but when I do the recycle bin shortcut get moved too when I have it set to not move anything that matches the name. Also it won't move all of the shortcuts, only a few of them.
