HBCI testing Sandbox

This library can only work stable with YOUR help! As I'm very limited in testing different banks it would be good to get some feedback from you all. Feel free to create PR's for the COMPATIBILITY.md file where you can update the list of working banks.

I'm the contributor of OpenBankingGateway (https://github.com/adorsys/open-banking-gateway) and we have created HBCI/FinTS Sandbox - https://github.com/adorsys/open-banking-gateway/tree/develop/opba-protocols/sandboxes/hbci-sandbox that supports account listing, transaction listing, payments with SCA

If there is any interest in using our Sandbox in your tests I can explain details. Our project would benefit from more Sandbox testers and you would use Sandbox for your tests

@kosmonowt Thanks, not really at this moment (we did own tests), but you can use our sandbox and report any issues you find to https://github.com/adorsys/open-banking-gateway
