EN in folder for url structure

Hey, 
this isn't really a issue but more of a question. 

I have used this but by default I would like the english to be in a folder as well just like DE and IT. How can I put the English into a folder "EN" but have this has the default language. 

It's more for having the url be 
www.mywebsite.com/en/
www.mywebsite.com/de/
www.mywebsite.com/it/
