Feature Request: keyboard shortcut to display history

On GNOME I usually use Parcellite that lets me bind ctrl-alt-h (or any other keyboard shortcut) to show the history popup, would it be possibile to add this feature to Wlipper? This is useful because you can show the popup without using the mouse/touchpad.

Indeed I plan to implement such a functionality. A similar feature has Jumpcut for Mac, too. My idea is to implement it using Windows Balloon Messages bound to a shortcut for iterating through the history.
