Tech issue with drop down menu with Microsoft Explorer and Microsoft Edge

Tech issue with drop down menu.

    1.Microsoft Explorer - Drop down menu falls behind text on most pages causing navigation issues.

    2.Microsoft Edge - Same issue.  Drop down menu falls behind text covering navigation links on the drop down menu.

    3. Google Crome - no issues with drop down menu.  Looks great.
