Hello,

I'm wondering how to set the NWTOOLS variable? I added both the lesion-mapper-master folder and the NWTOOLS variable to my .bash_profile, and the lesion_mapper script still cannot call on the NWTOOLS variable. I tried using the nw_pipe, but it also doesn't call appropriately. Please advise.

I had a similar problem and I solved it by setting the NWTOOLS manually.

Let's say you cloned the repo to your /usr/local/bin directory:

cd /usr/local/bin
git clone https://github.com/mrfil/lesion-mapper.git

Then I set PATH and NWTOOLS variables manually:

export PATH="/usr/local/lib/lesion-mapper:$PATH"
export NWTOOLS="/usr/local/lib/lesion-mapper"
