执行后推送渠道错误 #148

我设置了pushPlus推送，或者关闭面板推送，执行后依然提示：
“CHRONOCAT 服务的 CHRONOCAT_URL 或 CHRONOCAT_QQ 未设置!!
取消推送”
请问这个是什么原因？
