• Generate index values and store here in /public directory, including scaled values for each city-component combination
• Include graph and/or table of ranks and scores
• Graph with city selector of scaled values of each component, to enable direct insight into which aspects of chosen city are better or worse than average.
• Update whole site including text and overall structure to make rankings a central focus
