This repo was a fork of https://github.com/rovest/Bear-Markdown-Export, which currently returns 404 (as does https://github.com/rovest).
The upstream master branch (which included several improvements up to 27 nov 2018), is available in this fork as https://github.com/motin/Bear-Markdown-Export/tree/rovest.
PS Currently, this repo incorrectly says it is a fork of https://github.com/markgrovs/Bear-Markdown-Export, which is a fork that I haven't seen before - probably a Github bug.
