Error creating ssl context

i build and run it and set token. but has error :
Error creating ssl context
got an empty response object

i have the same problem here using at Mint 19. Debian 8 works fine.

Linux - instaling this ->
sudo apt-get install libssl1.0-dev
windows ->
you need to put libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll at the same directory of your aplication
