support udp protocol

hi, any plan for supporting udp protocol ? i think the kcptun has significant improvement to speed up network

Not enough motivation so far. Mainly two reasons:

• UDP is heavily QoSed by ISP in my region, no matter what protocol I use, the experience is not good(not related to GFW).
• This program is designed as a transparent proxy, which means it should be able to figure out traffic's original dst ip+port. But for UDP, on linux, the only way is through iptable's tproxy target(shadowsocks-libev's way), but tproxy requires program run as gateway(eg: on router). I haven't find way to make it work on desktop.
