Settings -> Integrations -> Email not able to edit or turn off

Describe the bug

It is not possible to turn off email notifications or persist the changes to the email recipients. It seems to work (toggle off and remove emails), but a page refresh will simply put them back.

To Reproduce

1. Log in to the cloud version of Monoscope
2. Open a project
3. Goto Settings -> Integrations
4. Toggle off "Email", wait a few seconds and refresh
5. Notice the toggle is back on

System

• Device: Macbook Pro (Apple M2 Pro)
• Browser: Chrome 148.0.7778.215 (Firefox as well)

Additional context

This is on the paid cloud version of Monoscope.

Hi Tim, theres a save button on the page which you need yo hit to actually save. But yeah,the UX needs to be improved

Well, that might be the actual bug then, there is no visible save button on the page, also not when making changes:
