Multi Threads

So, this is not an issue, it's more a suggestion... Convading should be able to use multi-threads to speed up the first step! For 20 samples, it took me more than a day to finish.

Dear SouzaBB,
Thank you for your suggestion. Alternatively, you could start several instances of the first step and later collect the normalized coverage files. However, you'd need to spread out the bam files over different folders for this to work.
